Reasons To Love It:  Like its siblings, Alba Plena and Rosea Plena, this “chameleon” is fun to watch – for plenas open with soft petals, round at the edges & mature to a flower with “spiky” petals!  Rubra Plena is known as the “Red Memorial Day Peony”.  It owes its durability to very early breeding – an easy plant to work with a delight to see.  A beautiful cut flower with an interesting vase life.
